Do you want to stop smoking?
Everyone knows the risks involved in smoking. In fact, 7 out of 10 smokers want to quit. The problem is that quitting isn’t as easy as it sounds. To add to the difficulty, many non-smokers tend to think that if they gripe long enough to a smoker, that person will simply cave in and quit. The truth, however, is that griping, complaining, and brow-beating will not help anyone. Actually, just the oppossite is true; when smokers are being brow-beaten, it not only stresses them out, it often also increases feelings of guilt. Both of these emotions inevitably result in the amount of smoking that occurs.
Ingredients in cigarettes
What many may not know is that nicotine (pesticide) used in cigarette production is just the tip of the iceburg-sized list of harmful ingredients used. While it’s true that consumers are told that Tar is one of those chemicals, what may not be understood is that Tar is actually just a term used to describe the toxic chemicals included in this deadly mix. This list actually includes actual Tar used in road surfaces, Carbon Monoxide, Arsenic (rat poison), Ammonia, Acetone (used in fingernail polish remover), Toluene (used in making rubber, oil, adhesives, dyes, & explosives), Methelayne (found in suntan lotion), miscellaneous pesticides, Polonium-210 (radioactive element), Methanol (rocket fuel), Cardmium (used in batteries), Radon (radioactive gas), Methane (sewer gas), Hydrogen Cyanide (poison), Hexamine (barbeque lighter gas), Butane (lighter fluid). And that’s not all.

Sugar and more in tobacco
In addition to all of the above chemicals, did you know that Sugar is one of top ingredients? Have you ever held sugar over a fire? The stench is pretty bad! Not to mention, sugar can be as or more addictive as street drugs – no joke! There is a very large, intensive list of other ingredients. Most (not all) of these items are or can be found in consumable foods &/or drinks. Just to name some of these, I believe will leave you at least mildly shocked! There is Apple Juice Concentrate, Beeswax Absolute, Brown Sugar, Carrot Seed Oil, Chocolate Liqueur, Cinnamon Bark Oil, Citric Acid, Coffee Beans (ground & extract), Corn Syrup, Corn Mint Oil, Dextrose, Ethyl Alcohol, Fig Juice Concentrate & Extract, Geranium Oil, Ginger Extract, Honey, Invert Sugar, Licorice, Molasses, Nutmeg Oil, Black Pepper Oil, Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Rum Ether, Peppermint & Spearmint Oil, Sucrose, Sugar Beet Juice Concentrate, Vanilla Extract, and much – much more. With all of this, is it any wonder that most people who have smoked for a significant length of time tends to have or be at higher risk of Sugar Diabetes? And what is worse…. the effects of burning and inhaling sugar is proven to be the cause of many deaths related with smoking, according to a statement released by an engineer a NASA (“Medical World News states the sugar in cigarettes is the main source of lung cancer.”)

Commit to quit smoking
If you are a smoker, the first thing you must do is want to quit, and you have to be committed to make it happen. Even if other methods have been used, with or without previous success, hypnosis can greatly help when the commitment and desire are in place. Regardless of which form of tobacco is used – cigars, cigarettes, chewing tobacco/dip/snuff, or even electronic vaping – success can be claimed.

Imagine the money you can save
Additionally, every smoker (& many others who know someone who is a smoker) also knows, at least vaguely, how expensive smoking is. For 1 person to smoke 1 pack of generic brand cigarettes, they are spending a minimum of $250.00 per month. If that person smokes 2 or even 3 packs per day, obviously the expense is doubled or tripled. Just for arguments sake, lets say that we’re talking about a married couple and each person smokes 2 packs (4 pack total) per day. This means that this couple is spending a minimum of $225.00 per week / $1,000.00 per month / $12,000.00 per year. You could pay a lot of bills with that; or you’d have enough money to buy a car, or it could be used for your dream vacation.

Hypnosis eases cravings for cigarettes
By learning various proven techniques, you can quit smoking in a way that eases cravings. In fact, studies show that total cessation with hypnosis is 81% greater success than trying to quit by use of other tools. As an added bonus, having a private accountability team boosts your results (and theirs) to an even higher level of success. If this interests you, be sure to ask about group rates, invite at least 3 of your friends who also want to quit and give me a call to get started.
